第37回令和哲学カフェは286名の方にご参加いただきました。ありがとうございました。

今回で「言語の美しさ」パートの5回目となり、今回もWHT形式で深めていきました。

「日本1億3千万人に座右の銘を投げるとしたらどんな言葉か？」のテーマで一人ずつ回答していったあと、フリーディスカッションで5人の回答の中から論点の違う一つを脱落させるというお題が出され、緊迫感を持って進行していきましたが、結果として、論点の違う一人を論破することができずにディスカッションタイムは終了してしまいました。

なぜこのようなことが起きたのでしょうか。質問コーナーでもNohさんより回答がありましたが、基本的に人間は明確なドリーム・ビジョンを持ち、メッセージ発信ができないと、社会的な関係を築くことができないのです。それがない状態では主義主張ができません。その結果、チームプレイが不可能となってしまいます。明確なポジションの用途機能を持ち、ポジションを全うする文化が消えてしまい、とにかく丸くおさめるのが美しいという平和ボケになってしまいました。これは、日本の中でしか通らない文化であるとNohさんは解析されています。

曖昧が当たり前で合わせる習慣は大量生産、大量消費を目的とする時代では問題はありませんが、これからのAIの時代には世界に対して影響力をもつ人間が育ちません。だからこそ、日本の教育を変化させする必要があるのです。本来の日本は侍文化です。死に方勝負ができていることは日本のブランドなのです。

日本人は主義主張に慣れていないというのをWHTを見ながら毎回感じます。自分の中の定義がないから周りに合わせてコロコロ変わってしまうので、曖昧コミュニケーションになる。これも哲学がないからだと思うと、哲学カフェを通して日本人が侍に目覚めていく素晴らしい場だと思いました。ありがとうございました。（eccoさん）

日本に対する「座右の銘」を考え、その回答に対してディベートするのはとても面白かったです！それぞれの主義主張に対して同意や共感だけでなく、反論や補完したりを通して、相手が理解、納得、説得することができたらコミュニケーションで平和が創れる人間関係力ですね

WHTがまず規定から始まるのは、その人の考えの土台の確認だったのですね！考えの土台である規定はアイデンティティからくる。アイデンティティが定まらなければ規定も定まらないし、論理展開も定まらない。普段のコミュニケーションそのものだと思いました。単にコミュニケーションにとどまらず、生き方そのものに反映されるのだと思いました。今日もありがとうございました！（ノリコさん）

建前であいまいにして、相手に合わせる、そして自分が何が言いたいのか、何を大切にしたいのか、何をしたいのか、わからなくなっていく。これはあるあるだなと感じました。アイデンティティを明確にすることの重要性、そして過去のアイデンティティに掴まれて大自由になれない人間を卒業するために、脳から自由になることの必要性を改めて感じました。
