ファシリテーター清水七央子さんによる「生命の小部屋」の最終回5日目は、Noh Jesu氏をゲストに迎えた質問道場でした。
二人のトークを抜粋します。
Noh氏：物質と生命の間がウィルス。今ウィルスで全世界がパニックになってる。令和哲学では、資本主義システムもウィルスシステムになっているから、細胞システムに次元上昇させないといけないと言っている中で、「生命」をテーマに持ってくるセンスがすごいと思いました。
清水：大学の時に電子顕微鏡で単細胞の断面図を観察していて、細胞の構造とか好きですね。このファシリテーターの席は、オーケストラの指揮者の気分でした。この場をどうつくるか、統制力、状況判断など、難しいけど面白いことがわかった。

Q：ウィルスシステムとは？細胞システムとは？
A：ウィルスは宿主、寄生。細胞はアルファとオメガをもってる。源泉的動きと繋がっている。団結して組織になったり器官になったり、集団をつくったり、どんどんチームプレーの進化が起きる。
ウィルスはただ寄生するシステムに依存してコピーするだけ。量はいっぱい増えるけど宇宙のロゴスがない、チームプレーがおきない、オーケストラにならない。
人間もウィルスシステムだからモノ商品が溢れて、地球が悲鳴をあげている。日本もずっと製造業をやり続けて、円高が起きたときに人間力・組織のイノベーションに投資すれば良かったけど、モノづくり、物質レベルに投資したことが、失われた40年になっている理由ではないか。
Q：研究力トップは中国、二位はアメリカのハーバード大学。日本は東大でも49位。何が原因で差がついたのか？
A：日本は明治維新の成功システムによって、西洋を真似して突破したけど、一人ひとりの人間力をジャンプさせる日本独特の教育方式が開発されてない。国全体が、世界二番でいいと思ってるんじゃないか。それだとエネルギーから選択されない。世界トップを目指さないと。アメリカを超える日本と私が言うとビクビクする。世界トップを目指すことは悪くない。
西洋の限界、アメリカの限界を言う雰囲気をつくらないと、日本の未来がない。日本は世界トップを走ることで元気になる。魂は世界一プライド高い集団だけど、そこに合う教育がないから、人間力、人間関係力がどんどん落ちる。明治の時の成功システムでここまできているけど、もう無理。ここで本当に日本式で突破しないとと思います。
