令和哲学カフェ「ウィトゲンシュタインと言語」の4日目となりました。

今回は「意味とは何なのか」というテーマについてWHTを行い、深めていきました。
日本では、「役に立ちたい」と願う人が多くいます。役に立つという考えは、良く思われがちですが、実はとても受動的な姿勢でもあります。その反対である、主体性、能動性を発揮するということは、自分で意味をつくる生き方だと言えます。それが今までも紹介してきた、カント、ニーチェ、ドゥルーズ 、ウィトゲンシュタイン、フロイトに代表される哲学です。

今までは、意味があることに価値がある時代でした。これからは、意味がないことに価値がある時代になります。意味とは、伝統的な意味を全部ひっくり返すことであるとNohさんは解析します。だから、哲学は今までを全て否定することを通して、新しい概念を発見してきたのです。

また、今回もWHTでも活発な意見が飛び交い、何を言っても安心、安全の場であることが伝わる場でした。また、視聴者を楽しませる演出もあり、ディスカッションでは緊張感もありながら、和やかな気持ちにもなれる回となりました。

Q：nTechでいう「言語の限界」をウィトゲンシュタインはどのように解析し、どのように乗り越えたのでしょうか
A：ウィトゲンシュタインはメタ言語はつくっていない。哲学に言語を取り入れて、その言語の機能を鮮明にした。言語につかまれている世界は本物ではなく、勝手な言語の思い込み。それを「言語ゲーム」と表現した。哲学の対象がなくなってしまう、無知の世界であり、無意味の意味に到達したのがウィトゲンシュタイン。

今日は哲学の歴史が織り込まれた英雄産業の解説が印象に残りました。日常の意識と思考に哲学的な考え方が実はすでに組み込まれていることを感じます。またそれらを整理することができる視点からみられる令和哲学のわかりやすさ!（白窓軒さん）
