タイトル「死ぬとは何か？」
私たちは生老病死を超えて不生不滅で生きる新人類になれるのか

「死ぬとはなに？」
をファシリテートする喜多島真由美さんはところどころに
「映画だと思ってみてくださいね」
と視聴者への声掛けをしながら
プレゼンをすすめていきます。
自らの経験がいかに大変だったのかを語りながら、
そこにはまってしまえば重たすぎる人生であることを理解し
周りを気遣っての声掛けであることは
みていてわかりましたが
その配慮に大変感動ました。
喜多島さんの人生ストーリーは
私の人生なんか、えらく平坦だなと感じさせるもので
嵐が吹き荒れる中を、なんとか細い呼吸をしながら
生き延びてきた様子が頭に浮かぶそんな人生ストーリーでした。
つらく孤独な人生を以前は過ごしていたことをプレゼン化し、
「映画」として表現する彼女の強さに
言葉がでてきません。
うっかりはまってしまわないように。
喜多島さんの言葉が頭の中で反復されながら
一緒に唾をのんで、画面に見入りました。
数々の衝撃的なプレゼンが続きます。
「一緒に死なない？」
衝撃のお誘い。
そんなお誘い普通ないだろってことですが
彼女が実際経験したこと・・・。
そして、さらに
自らの自殺未遂と
母の自死、
親戚からの絶縁
友人・仲間の死・・・・・・
軽々しく書けるものではない度重なる不幸を
「映画」としてみせてくれる喜多島さん。
そして、ディスカッションテーマとして投げかける質問。
「死ぬとは何か？」
簡単に答えを出せないであろうテーマでした。
普段考えないこのテーマをみんなで考えたい。
そして、彼女はファシリテートをすることで伝えたいことは
「生死の概念」
だと言います。
令和哲学の真骨頂でありながら、生死の概念を超えるために
この令和哲学カフェにたどり着いた人は一体どれくらいいるのだろうか・・・
しかし、誰であっても人間であれば、生まれて死ぬことは変わりません。
今は考えたことがなくても
いつかは出会うであろう質問と向き合うようにもっていく喜多島さんは
凛としていて
とても、つらい人生を抱えている人には見えません。
乗り越えている。
だから、このプレゼンもできるんだということは、プレゼンがはじまった直後にわかりました。
乗り越えていない人がこんなにもハードな人生を
誰でも見れるオンラインで配信している番組で言えるわけがないからです。
彼女の姿に惚れ惚れした人は多くいるのではないでしょうか。
私は令和哲学にであってから
死ぬとは何か？という問いにひとつの答えを出しました。
画面の中でディスカッションするメンバーの様子を見ながら
頭にあったその言葉をアンケートに書きました。
わたしにとって死ぬとは一緒に生きることです。
生死もないけど生死も道具にできるのが人間です。
自殺することが最高の機能である、というのが人間です。

数々のファシリテーターが登場した令和哲学カフェ2期ですが
生死の概念を超えるチャレンジをする
喜多島さんの姿は本当に美しく胸を打たれました。
そして、彼女は彼女の周りの亡くなっていたた方々の想いとともにファシリテートをされていたのも感じました。
